Story of my life, amirite?! … Just me? :)
I realize Motivation Monday is a thing and I’m a day late buttttt I’m needing some inspiration today! As much as I love yoga (for real I could go on and on. and on.) I haven’t been excited about practicing like normal, in a total funk! I’ve tried spin classes and I don’t get it, zero fun being had on my end! I must be missing something :p
I’ve been thinking about trying Barre (I know so behind on the times) and maybe some version of HIIT? What’s your favorite way to work out that’s fun? I need to shake things up! Maybe a hula hoop class?
